We are seeking an experienced OL/PL Claimant Senior Solicitor to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded lawyer to manage a high-quality caseload of Occupier’s and Public Liability claims, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will handle your own caseload of litigated OL/PL matters from inception through to conclusion, with the opportunity to work on both fast track and multi-track claims.

This is a target-driven role where success is rewarded through a generous, uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
Handling both pre-issue and litigated fast track and multi-track matters
Conducting legal research and providing clear, commercial legal advice
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
Negotiating settlements with opponents and insurers
Progressing cases efficiently through litigation
Representing clients at court where required
Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes
Keeping up to date with developments in relevant law and practice
Supporting junior team members
Person Specification
Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent experience (5–8+ PQE)
Proven track record of managing a litigated OL/PL claimant caseload
Experience handling cases from inception to trial or disposal
Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
Experience handling fast track and multi-track OL/PL claims
Claims portal experience (essential)
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Commercial and client-focused approach
Proclaim experience (advantageous)
Tenacity, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset
Salary & Hours
A basic salary of £55,000-£70,000, dependent on experience
Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
