We are hiring a Sales / Customer Service professional to work from our office on Shirley Road, Southampton.
Our business helps people complete government applications for various benefits. We have an automated system that handles the majority of the work, but there are always cases that require human judgement and follow-up calls to confirm or retrieve missing information before applications can be processed.
The right candidate:
- Enjoys talking to people on the phone
- Has customer service and/or sales experience
- Has excellent attention to detail — accurate spelling, data entry and form completion
- Is comfortable following up with customers and getting things completed
The role is currently self-employed at £13 per hour and office-based on Shirley Road, Southampton.
We're flexible on hours and open to both full-time and part-time candidates, from 20–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
