We are a Professional Company situated in a Modern Health Centre with Free On-site Parking whose main focus is to provide the best possible Healthcare for our Patients.
Our Practice is looking for a Receptionist with a Naturally Friendly and Professional Demeanour who already possesses Good Communication and Customer Service Skills.
We would prefer candidates with already existing experience of working in a GP Practice, or at least an NHS Healthcare setting, and those with some familiarity of using EMIS Web IT Systems.
Not to worry if not however... our Practice always provides on-the-job Training & Supervision to upskill you to carry out the necessary duties in our Practice.
Routine Duties will include:
- Answering Phone Calls & Front Desk Presentations
- Booking, Cancelling & Rescheduling Appointments
- Handling Queries for Medical Prescriptions, Investigations & Referrals
- Liaising with our Administrative Teams
Working Days Required: 4 Days a week (Monday & Friday compulsory days).
Working Times: 8am - 6.30pm with 1hr unpaid Lunch Break
**Reliable Attendance and Excellent Punctuality an absolute minimum requirement for the role with Phone Calls to be answered sharply from 8am and right until 6.30pm with a willingness to come early to help open up or stay a few minutes behind to support any Doctors or Patients who are running late.
Pay: £14.00-£16.50 per hour
