We are looking for a Food Truck Operator assisting in the smooth running of our food trucks at Markets and Events. The role will suit someone who is flexible, organised and committed to their job and takes not only the role seriously but food Hygiene and cleanliness seriously. You will lead a team for service and be responsible for the daily operations of the Food Truck. DRIVING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Rice Guys have modernised and recreated traditional Asian dishes using sustainably sourced and nutritious ingredients, to serve up fast, affordable and delicious meals. We are currently serving our delicious meals using our vintage Peugeot J7 food trucks all around London and at our two stores in the Heart of the City at London Wall and in Canary Wharf.
Your daily responsibilities
- Be punctual each day
- Working as part of a team
- Sufficient kitchen experience to follow all food quality prep and quantity standards
- Ensuring food hygiene and health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Hot and cold food preparation
- Be able to deal with customers in a friendly and kind manner and have some Front of House experience in taking orders
- Awareness of stock control
- Assist in making orders to ensure sufficient stock levels
