We are looking for a dedicated Support Chef to support the Group Support Chef in overseeing the daily operations of all kitchens across four locations. This can be a full or part time role - salary pro rata for a part time role
The role requires regular travel between all sites, including periods of overnight stays that may extend. This position plays a key part in maintaining smooth kitchen performance, upholding quality standards, and ensuring each venue delivers an exceptional catering experience. We need to ensure a consistently high standard of service aligned with our customer first mission. Working closely with onsite managers, the position ensures that catering provision meets client expectations while maintaining stock levels within set targets and controlling expenditure. Responsibilities also include placing orders, assisting with monthly stock takes, and ensuring all kitchens operate efficiently and professionally at all times.

- Organised, reliable and proactive in supporting daily operations, stock control, ordering and stock takes.
- Comfortable travelling between sites and staying away overnight when required.
- Communicates well with managers and colleagues to ensure catering meets client needs at every location
