Joiner (Multi-Skilled )

Salary Up to: £37,000.00 - Depending on experience
The Opportunity
I am looking to recruit a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our expanding delivery team. Working across a variety of commercial, industrial and public sector environments, you will undertake a broad range of maintenance, refurbishment and improvement works.
This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is committed to delivering excellent standards on every project.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out joinery works, repairs and installations across multiple customer locations.
- Supporting refurbishment and fit-out projects from start to completion.
- Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Assisting with site inspections and project assessments.
- Ensuring work areas are prepared and materials are available when required.
- Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Recording completed works using company systems, including photographs and job reports.
- Highlighting potential improvement works and additional project opportunities.
- Following all company and client Health & Safety procedures.
- Looking after company-issued tools, equipment and vehicles.
About You
We're looking for someone who can work confidently on their own initiative while also contributing positively as part of a wider team.
To be successful, you'll have:
- A strong background in joinery with at least five years of practical experience.
- Previous experience working within a multi-trade environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A professional and customer-focused attitude.
- The ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.
Additional Qualifications (Advantageous)
- SSSTS Certificate
- CSCS Card
- Other relevant trade or site safety qualifications
