We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our fully private, award winning practice Dentistry On The Square in the heart of Glasgow. If you are dedicated to quality patient care and committed to excellence, with at least 2-3 years of management experience we would love to hear from you!
Full Time, permanent position – 40.5 hours per week:
Mon-Thurs: 8.30am-6pm
Friday: 8.30am-4pm
Key Responsibilities The role will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Day to day running of the practice on a continually developing basis in a fast-paced environment that requires a friendly and professional approach
- Providing support and on-going development to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff to assist in the provision of dental care services to patients.
- Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies inc Health & Safety
- Financial management of the practice including: banking, authorising invoices, producing reports, P&L and working towards a budget and KPI’s
- Recruitment of nurses and receptionists.
- Management of full team including: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
- Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients

Salary up to £38K with potential to earn 4k bonus taking the OTE of up to £42,000
