Our production team is growing and with that we have an exciting new opportunity within our confectionary team. We are currently looking for a dedicated, responsible, and talented team leader to inspire and motivate our Bakery team.
What will my role look like?
Using your influential skills, you will guide our bakery team to achieve the best manufacturing performance to be in line with the retail business needs and producing high quality products while respecting the regulatory requirements of food safety.
Role Duties:
- Coaching, engaging, and developing your team while suggesting improvements for individuals’ performance.
- Communicating clear objectives, providing feedback.
- Maintaining Cooplands standards for safety and environmental issues.
- Checking the continuous improvement in employee safety.
- Driving improvements on site and policy standards.
- Monitoring and reviewing of process performance on daily basis.
- Tracking the continuous improvement and stable operations.
- Ensuring that the production targets are met including yield and efficiency targets.
- Planning and scheduling of Bakery Products in alignment with business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Level 2 Food Safety
- Experience in Food process industry. Good people skills and the ability to motivate team.
- Practical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills:
- Manage conflicting priorities within tight deadlines.
