As a Business Service Assistant, you’ll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day-to-day running of the office for Clumber Park. This is a busy and varied role, and you will have an important part to play in assisting the wider team to achieve their goals. You'll be an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills, with a love for delivering first class support.
This is a permanent contract for 26.25 hours per week, with a suggested working pattern of Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 14:45

Reporting to the Visitor Operations Manager, your work will be integral to the day-to-day operation of the portfolio, and you will always be looking at how you can offer help to support individuals and teams.
Clumber Park, where this role is based, is a beautiful expanse of parkland, heath and woods covering more than 3,800 acres. Clumber was once the country estate of the Dukes of Newcastle. Although the house was demolished in 1938, there are many glimpses of its grand past to explore. From the Gothic-style chapel, often referred to as a 'Cathedral in miniature', you can follow in the footsteps of Dukes through the peaceful pleasure ground to the Walled Kitchen Garden where you can experience sights, scents and a taste of the past.

What you'll be doing:Known for your attention to detail, efficiency and can-do attitude, you’ll help provide a comprehensive administration service for the team and visitors alike. Your responsibilities may include managing people’s diaries and records, helping with system and financial management, creating reports and other general administrative tasks.
To deliver these day to day administration and communications tasks, you’ll be comfortable using a variety of IT packages.
You will also assist the Business Services Coordinator in leading and working with a team of volunteers within the department.
In essence, you’ll assist with the delivery of a friendly and effective business services function.
