MAK Jobs is recruiting experienced FLT drivers for a well-established client in Northampton. Whether you already hold a Bendi licence or drive Reach Truck / Counterbalance, this is a great opportunity to step into a secure role with competitive pay and full support.
Reach Truck and Counterbalance drivers will receive full training and will operate Bendi FLT trucks following a successful training and assessment.

Pay & Shift Options
Standard Shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Early: 06:00 – 14:00 → £14.23/hr (OT £21.23/hr)
- Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00 → £14.23/hr (OT £21.23/hr)
- Night: 22:00 – 06:00 → £14.50/hr (OT £21.35/hr)
Sunday–Thursday Nights
- 22:00 – 06:00 → £14.50/hr (OT £21.35/hr)
4 on 4 off
- Day pattern → £14.50/hr (OT £21.35/hr)
- Night pattern → £14.97/hr (OT £22.46/hr)
What you’ll be doing
- Safely operate a Bendi forklift truck
- Efficiently move, locate and transport goods around the warehouse
- Support general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and a tidy work area
- Carry out additional reasonable tasks as directed by management
What we’re looking for
- Valid, in-date Bendi licence or Reach Truck / Counterbalance licence (training provided)
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience on Reach Truck or Counterbalance (if you don’t already hold a Bendi licence)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
- Good communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude
- Flexibility around shifts and overtime when required
