Registered Nurse
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 3 x 6.75-hour shifts per week
Pay [depending on experience]: £20-21/hr (weekdays) | £21.55-22.2/hr (weekends) | +25% overtime rate
Essential Requirements
- Active NMC Registration (RN)
- 1+ year of nursing experience
- Valid driving licence
The Role
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. You will lead by example, motivate the care team, and ensure resident well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical: Administer medications safely, perform male/female catheterisation, and respond quickly to clinical changes.
- Care Planning: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care; maintain highly accurate records.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to the NMC Code, Care Standards Act, and Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines.
- Development: Maintain up-to-date CPD/PREP and clinical best practices.
Pay: £20.50-£21.55 per hour
