About the Role
We’re looking for a self-employed Will Writer to join our growing team in the Greater Manchester Area
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves variety — working with clients face-to-face, supported by an experienced legal and admin team based at head office in Bury. You’ll have access to a supportive environment to help you build and grow your business.
You’ll provide expert advice on Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, helping clients plan for the future with confidence and care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting clients in person to take detailed estate planning instructions
- Selling and preparing Wills, Trusts, and LPAs in line with company standards
- Managing your own diary and generating your own leads (with marketing support available)
- Liaising with our in-house legal and drafting teams for complex cases and technical guidance
- Providing a friendly, professional client experience from start to finish
About You
- At least 1 year of client-facing experience (preferably in financial services, legal, or sales)
- Confident communicator with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive, professional attitude
- Experience in marketing or self-generating leads would be an advantage
- A caring, trustworthy approach — you’ll be dealing with sensitive and personal matters
- UK-based with a full UK driving licence
