Administer and coordinate MFRC programs in line with DAFI 36-3009, including relocation, employment assistance, volunteer resources, personal/work life, and deployment support events.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver classes, workshops, and special events that promote readiness and resilience.
Disseminate information on MFRC services and local resources; maintain the Plan My Move database.
Attend Community Action Team/Board meetings, providing insight on trends and family service needs.
Maintain accurate records in the AFFIRST database and provide required reporting.
Promote programs at commander’s calls, spouses’ groups, and through social media.
Coordinate and track budget requirements for Family Services programs.
Support the Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) during crises and emergencies.
Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and compliance with the Privacy Act.
