A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a multi-outlet spa hotel located in Melton Mowbray. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the senior staff to organise, monitor, and train the brigade of 16 chefs. The spa hotel serves 100+ covers each day in the restaurant, serving healthy fresh food dishes to guests. The hotel also has a busy function and banqueting department and is a popular wedding venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.
Requirements:
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves to a fast-paced, quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high-volume fresh food kitchens is essential, along with very strong organisational skills.
