Job Description
A Plus Brickwork Ltd is an established and growing brickwork contractor delivering high-quality masonry packages for some of the UK's leading housebuilders.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Bricklaying Site Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing brickwork operations on residential construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of bricklaying gangs and subcontractors.
- Monitoring progress against programme targets.
- Ensuring works are completed to NHBC and company quality standards.
- Carrying out quality inspections and snagging.
- Coordinating labour, materials and plant requirements.
- Liaising with site management teams and clients.
- Maintaining health and safety compliance across site.
- Recording progress and reporting to Contracts Managers.
- Assisting with variation identification and site records.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising brickwork packages on residential developments.
- Strong understanding of NHBC standards and quality requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and labour resources.
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification preferred.
- CSCS Card essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence essential.
