About KØR MAISON
KØR MAISON is a luxury Lagree and heated Pilates studio opening in the heart of Chelsea Creek. Inspired by boutique hotels and elevated wellness experiences, we're redefining what a fitness studio can feel like, where exceptional hospitality, beautiful design and world-class training come together.
We're looking for an ambitious, highly organised and energetic individual to become the founder's right hand while leading the day-to-day member experience within the studio.

The Opportunity
This role combines Studio Manager and Executive Assistant responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants genuine career progression within a growing business.
You'll work closely with the founder, gaining valuable insight into launching and scaling a premium wellness brand. You'll be involved in operational decisions, business development, marketing initiatives and member experience, giving you exposure far beyond a traditional management role.

Studio Management Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional five-star member experience from the moment clients walk through the door.
- Welcome new members and introduce them to the KØR MAISON experience.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the studio.
- Respond professionally to emails, enquiries and membership requests.
- Manage bookings and memberships using the Momence booking system (full training provided).
- Coordinate instructor schedules and arrange cover when required.
- Support studio opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the studio is immaculately presented at all times.
- Build lasting relationships with members and create a strong sense of community.
- Confidently convert trial clients into long-term members through exceptional service and sales conversations.
- Assist with retail, hospitality and studio events.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the founder.
- Assist with diary management and scheduling.
- Help organise meetings, projects and operational priorities.
- Support business administration and document preparation.
- Coordinate suppliers and external partners.
- Assist with planning launches, events and future projects.
- Help implement new systems and improve internal processes.
- Take ownership of tasks and proactively solve problems before they arise.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally proactive, highly organised and enjoys working closely with people.
You'll ideally have experience within:
- Boutique fitness studios
- Luxury hospitality
- Boutique hotels
- Premium retail
- Customer service
- Executive or administrative support
You'll also have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales ability and confidence converting enquiries into memberships.
- High levels of professionalism and personal presentation.
- A naturally warm, positive and energetic personality.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written communication with the ability to respond professionally to emails.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
An enthusiasm for fitness, Pilates and wellness is highly desirable. We believe the passion of our team shapes the experience our members receive, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a healthy, inspiring environment.
Working Hours
This is a full-time role based around our class schedule.
Typical shifts will include:
- Morning: 6:00am – 11:00am
- Midday: 12:30pm – 1:30pm
- Evening: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Schedules may rotate depending on the studio timetable and business needs, with a maximum working day of approximately 9 hours.
Flexibility is essential as we continue to grow.
Training
Full training will be provided on our booking and membership platform, Momence, along with all internal systems and operating procedures.
