Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Trade Trades-person to join our team, covering carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and painting & decorating work across residential and commercial properties in London and the surrounding M25 area.
You'll be carrying out a variety of maintenance, refurbishment, and installation work, from first and second fix carpentry, to basic plumbing repairs and installations, tiling, and painting and decorating finishes.
Responsibilities
- First and second fix carpentry (doors, skirting, kitchen fitting, flooring, etc.)
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations (leaks, taps, toilets, basins)
- Tiling (walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchens)
- Painting and decorating to a high standard (interior and exterior)
- Diagnosing and resolving day-to-day maintenance issues
- Working to a high standard of workmanship and finish
- Liaising professionally with clients, site managers, and other trades
- Conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple trades, including electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and welding tasks.
- Lead by example in adhering to health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience across carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and painting/decorating
- Must be CIS registered, or willing to register when requested
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to jobs across London and around the M25
- Own hand tools (power tools/materials provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and a professional manner with clients
- Relevant trade qualifications/certifications are an advantage but not mandatory (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ
Pay: £150.29-£220.86 per day
