Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and dependable Driver/Scaffolder/Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating vehicles, assisting with scaffolding erection and dismantling, and supporting various labour tasks on-site. Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles, including lorries and vans, ensuring compliance with road safety regulations.
- Assist with the erection, dismantling, and modification of scaffolding structures in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Support general labour tasks such as moving materials, site clearance, and preparing work areas for scaffolding activities
- Follow instructions from site supervisors to ensure timely progress of projects while maintaining safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency on-site.
Qualifications
- Must be fully qualified and hold CIRSR Part 2 minimum, CSCS COTS for Labourer
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly; a valid class 2 (minimum) driving licence is required.
- Practical knowledge of scaffolding procedures or willingness to learn scaffold erection/dismantling techniques.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labour tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
- Strong organisational skills with an emphasis on safety compliance and teamwork.
- Willingness to undertake training in specialised areas relevant to the role.
