Responsibilities
- Perform advanced hair cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments with precision and artistry.
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ preferences and offering professional recommendations.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Mentor and guide junior stylists by sharing expertise, offering constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Skills
- Expertise in barbering techniques along with advanced hair coloring and styling skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in front desk operations, appointment booking systems, and retail upselling strategies.
