Job Summary
We are seeking 2 experienced, talented and passionate Hair Stylists, 1x Full Time, 1x Part Time to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, providing exceptional hair styling services to our diverse clientele. A strong focus on customer service will contribute to a thriving salon environment and productive work place.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, perming and finishing treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon environment.
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Some front desk duties if necessary including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance client satisfaction and maximise revenue.
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise in hairdressing techniques and customer service excellence.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the industry.
- Support store management in daily operations to ensure smooth salon functioning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Skills in colour correction, highlighting, balayage, perming and advanced unisex styling techniques are highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all backgrounds.
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage appointments efficiently.
- Mentoring experience or a willingness to support junior team members’ development.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
