An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand-new medical and aesthetic clinic in South Kensington.
This is a dynamic, patient-facing role combining excellent customer service and patient management with exemplary aesthetic knowledge and ability to engage and interest clients.

- Welcome patients in a warm, professional manner
- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end clinic experience
- Patient comfort and safety are paramount
- Aesthetic and baseline health consultations
- Skin analysis
- Body composition analysis
- Organising and taking blood tests
- Organising and co-ordinating baseline assessments including well woman and well-man health checks
- Infection Control & Environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and clinic policies
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Scheduling & Appointments
- Book, schedule, and manage appointments across multiple channels
- Coordinate aesthetician and practitioner diaries, treatment rooms, and waiting lists
Patient Records
- Register new patients and maintain accurate, confidential records
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards
Communication & Coordination
- Central point of contact between patients, clinicians, and suppliers or external partners
- Manage telephone and email enquiries
- Process prescriptions and manage digital documentation
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Collect feedback, testimonials
- Book follow up appointments
Sales & Business Development
- Promote treatments and products in a professional and ethical manner
- Support client retention and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Financial & Compliance
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately

Ideal Candidate
- Level 5 Aesthetician or higher
- Nursing or healthcare background
- Experience in a clinic, aesthetic, beauty, or high-end customer service environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident in sales and client engagement
- Professional, well-presented, and proactive
- Willingness to develop the aesthetic practice
