As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our team and develop a long-term career within a fast-paced, high-end construction environment.

The Role
Working alongside our senior project managers, you will help deliver construction and fit-out projects from initial planning through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning and management of construction projects.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.
- Monitoring project programmes, budgets and progress.
- Attending site meetings and preparing meeting notes and reports.
- Maintaining project documentation and health & safety records.
- Liaising with clients, architects, designers and contractors.
- Helping ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Supporting procurement and material scheduling.
- Carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A genuine interest in construction and project management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A full UK driving licence (preferred).
Experience within construction is beneficial but not essential. Graduates in Construction Management or candidates with site, trade or supervisory experience looking to progress are encouraged to apply.
