The Wine Library is a wine bar and wine shop situated near Tower Hill, London EC3.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our wine bar and wine shop team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a small team, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while supporting the daily operations of the business.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving light snacks and sharing boards
Providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers
Taking orders and serving food and drinks
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
Supporting colleagues with wine service when required
Assisting with wine tasting events and special occasions
Helping to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests
What we are looking for:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Passion for hospitality and customer service
Ability to work as part of a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
Hourly rate: £13.90 plus 100% of all tips are distributed evenly among staff
