Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and wants the opportunity to develop their career within a growing business.
The Role As Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our operational, commercial and customer care teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service via phone and email. Supporting the day-to-day administration of the Plumbing & Heating department. Registering boilers and heat pump installations. Liaising with suppliers to place orders, resolve queries and monitor deliveries. Assisting with quotations, purchase orders and invoicing. Maintaining engineer qualifications, certifications and training records. Booking and coordinating refresher training and compliance courses. Scheduling appointments and supporting engineer diaries. Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate job records. Assisting with customer care and after-sales enquiries. Providing general administrative support to the operational and commercial teams.
About You We're looking for someone who is: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Professional, reliable and eager to learn. Experienced in an administrative or customer service role (preferred but not essential). Experience within construction, plumbing, heating or the building industry would be an advantage.
