Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing service, delivering high-quality assessment and treatment to a diverse caseload of clients. This role involves a combination of in-person clinical sessions and remote consultations, depending on client needs.
The successful candidate will manage a high volume of clients, requiring excellent organisation, clinical reasoning, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.
This role will also involve working with clients referred via personal injury claims, insurance providers, and solicitors, requiring strong communication skills and high-quality professional reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide both face-to-face and remote consultations as required
- Manage a large and varied caseload, ensuring timely and effective client care
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records and report writing
- Produce professional reports for internal use, referrals, insurance companies, and solicitors
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the wider clinical team
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Ensure all work is compliant with HCPC standards and regulations
Essential Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist (mandatory)
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills (essential)
- Ability to self-manage a high workload and prioritise effectively
- Confident working independently in both remote and in-person settings
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a high-volume caseload environment
- Experience delivering remote physiotherapy consultations
- Experience working within private practice or multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with personal injury and insurance-funded clients
- Knowledge of digital clinical systems / case management software
