FOH All-Rounder / Barista (Full-Time)

We’re a family-owned, Australian café group known for high-end brunch and specialty coffee, served in beautifully designed spaces. At our Marylebone location, we’re looking for a confident full-time FOH All-Rounder / Barista to join our friendly, tight-knit team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, thrives on the floor, and has solid barista skills to support service when needed.

The Role
- Full-Time FOH All-Rounder / Barista (40 hours per week)
- Permanent position
- Weekend availability essential
- Minimum guaranteed take-home rate of £14.30 per hour (including service charge/tips), currently paying up to £14.80 per hour
- FOH-led role with barista responsibilities during service
What We’re Looking For
Front of House Skills
- Warm, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused
- Confident taking orders, running food and drinks, and managing tables
- Calm, efficient, and organised during busy services
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Happy to move between floor and bar as needed
Barista Skills (Required)
- Minimum 2 years barista experience (specialty coffee preferred)
- Confident with espresso preparation and milk texturing
- Comfortable with latte art (basic to intermediate+)
- Able to follow recipes and maintain clean, efficient bar workflow
- Experience with dialing in and basic machine care is a plus
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
- Fluent English
- Right to work in the UK
- Weekend availability every weekend (essential)
