Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
- Enter and update customer data accurately in our database, ensuring all records are current and complete
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette by demonstrating patience, clarity, and active listening during every interaction
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
- Exceptional phone etiquette combined with active listening skills
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling products or services is a plus
