We are currently recruiting for experienced Catering Managers to work across London and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Catering Manager or senior catering experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing a busy catering operation
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A professional and reliable approach
- Experience within schools, care, healthcare or similar settings is desirable
