How You’ll Make an Impact

Execute projects and work packages within defined requirements, ensuring safety, quality, time, functionality, and cost are met.

Manage procurement and oversee consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers from design through delivery and handover.

Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as Contract Administrator for NEC3/4, FIDIC, or bespoke contracts.

Define, draft, and manage subcontract documentation in coordination with project stakeholders.

Chair technical and progress meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.

Liaise with civil design managers to ensure design documentation aligns with project timelines and requirements.

Monitor project scope, record changes, and implement mitigation measures as necessary.

Support the implementation of innovative ideas and advancements in construction technology and materials.
What You Bring
-
Experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies.

Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical and commercial issues.

Ambitious and flexible, with a proactive attitude towards work both in the office and on-site.

Knowledge of Health and Safety, Environmental, and Planning regulations.

Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Office 365 solutions.

Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
-
Ideally chartered with ICE, CIOB, RICS, CICES, or working towards chartership.
