We have an exciting role on offer within our prevention, provider and support services as a Community Care Assistant.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced individual to join our established team at the Community Inclusion Day Service.
About the Role:
You will provide direct care and support to adults with autism and associated learning disabilities. This includes planning and delivering, person-centred, creative support programmes that enhance people’s lives and learning.
What We’re Looking for:
A strong understanding of autistic needs and the ability to support individuals with behaviours of concern.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent communication skills.

A commitment to promoting independence and inclusion
-
Knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) principals is desirable but not essential for the role.

Deliver high quality, person-centred care and support.

Develop and implement creative activities that promote learning and wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with individuals, families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
