Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista & Front of House Worker to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patrons. Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and quality
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring they are looked after from the moment they enter the building to when they depart
- Serve customers promptly and courteously at the counter or table
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of both the front and back of house areas, including tables, counters, and storage areas
- Follow food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods through effective time management
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance the overall experience for patrons
Experience
- Previous barista experience is essential; however training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential for success in this role. Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
