We are seeking a Food Production Director to lead production operations, improve workflow performance, oversee quality standards, and support continued business growth. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader with a background in food manufacturing, production management, supply chain coordination, quality control, or FMCG operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily food production operations, workflow planning, and manufacturing support activities
- Oversee team performance, production schedules, service standards, reporting, and operational planning
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, distribution partners, quality teams, and internal departments
- Monitor production output, quality standards, stock requirements, documentation, and operational risks
- Develop process improvements to strengthen productivity, consistency, and service delivery
- Support staff development, training, performance monitoring, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, production updates, and operational recommendations
- Ensure activities follow company procedures, food safety expectations, and service timelines
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in food production, manufacturing operations, FMCG, supply chain, quality control, production planning, or operations management
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with suppliers, production teams, distribution partners, or quality assurance workflows is an advantage

Pay: £78,000.00-£102,000.00 per year
