Duties
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees experiencing injuries or health issues on-site
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans to support employee health and wellness programs
- Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks early
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Educate staff on health topics, safety procedures, and preventive measures to promote a healthy workplace culture
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals or specialized treatments when necessary
- Lead health-related initiatives, including vaccination drives, wellness workshops, and safety training sessions
Experience
- Proven experience in nursing within a corporate or industrial setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate colleagues on health matters
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate staff and collaborate with management
- Skilled in creating comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of occupational health standards, safety regulations, and first aid procedures

Pay: £25,420.00-£48,899.15 per year
