M&B Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a major long-term project in the Oxford (M40) area.
We are currently looking for:
- 5 x Experienced Concrete Repair Operatives
- 1 x Site Supervisor
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering concrete repair and minor works on a long-term infrastructure project.
Concrete Repair Operative Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Proven experience in concrete repair and remediation
- Experience carrying out concrete repairs and associated minor works
- Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
Site Supervisor Requirements
- SMSTS Certificate (essential)
- CSCS Gold Card (essential)
- Previous experience supervising construction or civil engineering projects
- Ability to coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors and maintain programme
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
