The Grosvenor Arms is a beautiful hotel and 1 AA Rosette restaurant in the heart of Shaftesbury, and we’re looking for a brilliant part-time Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.
Our kitchen is busy, ambitious and passionate about serving great food – and a great KP is absolutely central to making that happen.
This is a flexible, part-time role, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours and earn more if you want to. It could be perfect if you're looking for a role that fits around other commitments while still being part of a proper professional kitchen and a genuinely friendly team.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work alongside our chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly, including:
- Keeping on top of washing up during service
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
- Helping with deliveries and putting stock away
- Supporting the chefs with basic food prep
- Being a reliable and important part of the kitchen team
Experience is great, but attitude matters just as much. We’re looking for someone who is hard-working, dependable and happy working as part of a busy team.
