THE BUSINESS
The Nest at Little Verzons Farm is a unique Farm Shop and Café, with an adjoining Garden Centre, set in 14 acres of beautifully re-wilded farmland. Our outdoor space consists of a mature heritage orchard, along with woodland and a lake all connected by nature trails. Championing local craft, food and drink, The Nest is an eclectic business owned by the award-winning Handmade Scotch Egg Company.
ABOUT YOU
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our business, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. From greeting customers with a smile to ensuring excellent service throughout their visit, you will play a key part in delivering memorable experiences.
It is essential you are fully flexible to work daytime shifts, including some weekends, on a rota basis.
Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe environment in the hospitality and catering industry is preferred.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing an excellent experience to each customer who visits The Nest, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
- Delivering high standards of customer service at all times.
- Taking orders and delivering to the table accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the front of house area.
- Taking payment at the till.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service.
