We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an established team in Preston, with a salary of £35,000 to £55,000 and the option of office based or hybrid working.
You'll have ownership of your own files and the autonomy that comes with being an experienced fee earner, while still having a team around you when you need them.
What Your Role Will Look Like
You'll manage a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- General residential property matters
You'll deal directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, taking responsibility for progressing your transactions and keeping clients informed.
You're trusted to manage your caseload rather than being micromanaged, but you're not expected to work in isolation.
About You
You'll need at least 4 years' Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience and be confident managing your own files independently.
You could be a:
- Residential Conveyancer
- Conveyancing Solicitor
- Licensed Conveyancer
- CILEX professional
- Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
Formal qualification is welcome but isn't essential if you have strong practical experience.
