About Us
Big Mouth Gyoza is growing! After building a strong reputation on the UK festival circuit (Download, Glastonbury, Leeds, Bloodstock and more), we’ve opened our second permanent site at The Produce Hall in Stockport.
We’re now looking for reliable and confident Team Members to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
The Role
This is a hands-on role in a small, open kitchen. You’ll be cooking, serving customers, and helping run shifts.
You will be responsible for:
- Cooking and serving food in a fast-paced environment
- Taking customer orders and delivering great service
- Supporting shift management and opening/closing when required
- Stock control, rotation, and organisation
- Maintaining food hygiene and cleanliness standards
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working in an open kitchen and interacting with customers
- Confident working independently when needed
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
- Experience in a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred)
Working Hours
- 20–35 hours per week
- Closed Mondays
- Tuesday to Sunday trading
- Service starts at 11:00
- Last orders:
- 20:45 (Tues–Thurs)
- 21:15 (Fri & Sat)
- 19:45 (Sunday)
- Prep from 09:00
- Evening and weekend availability required
