As a store manager in our award winning takeaways, restaurants you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver quality food and service every time and helping ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.
About the role
We are looking for manager to join the team in Loughborough one of our take away sites, who can help develop and lead the team in an exciting, varied role. Day to day you will help with shift rotas, placing orders with suppliers and completing weekly stock checks, ensuring cleaning is done daily and maintained, and supervising and positively leading a team of customer service and kitchen staff.
In the role you will be learning and growing as a leader controlling labour, food, marketing budgets in our expanding business.
About you
You are passionate about delivering great customer service and quality food standards
You’re great with people and have great communication and leadership skills
You’re always keen to learn new techniques and sharing your experience with your team
You have a good level of IT experience
You have strong organisation and problem solving skills
You have experience in a fast-paced, customer facing hospitality or catering environment
You thrive in customer focused and leadership roles where supporting others is highly rewarding
Ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team leader, but if you don’t then don’t worry, we would still love to hear from you.
