Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Manager to join our team in Burton-on-Trent . This role is vital in managing key client relationships and ensuring the delivery of top-tier financial services. The Senior Client Manager will play a crucial part in helping our clients achieve their financial goals while upholding our company's standards and values.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and other Financial accounting tools.
Lead mentoring initiatives within the team to foster professional development.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless financial management services.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Support new business development efforts by demonstrating expertise and building trust with potential clients. Attending and helping to run organised company events that can be outside normal core hours.
Qualities and experience
Minimum 9 years experience in financial management and accounting within a professional services environment. With ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
Strong proficiency with accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks, and other industry specific software is essential.</li>
Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for mentoring and client relationship management.
Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards in the UK.
Ability to analyse complex financial data accurately and efficiently.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
