Bezel Wheels is a growing vehicle customisation and preparation centre specialising in vehicle preparation, alloy refurbishment, styling upgrades, servicing, and mechanical work for a wide range of vehicles - from everyday cars to premium and performance models.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our preparation centre in Salford.
This role is ideal for someone with strong diagnostic and mechanical experience who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and is confident working independently within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs across a wide variety of vehicles while working alongside our preparation and MOT team.
We are specifically looking for someone with solid long-term industry experience who can hit the ground running and maintain high workshop standards.
Duties
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
- Diagnose faults across engine, electrical, suspension, and braking systems
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work required
- Perform repairs including brakes, suspension, servicing, and general mechanical work
- Use diagnostic equipment, power tools, and workshop tools effectively
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Maintain accurate job records and workshop paperwork
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Level 2 or Level 3 Automotive Qualification required
- Full UK driving licence required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Experience working with a wide range of vehicles, including premium brands, is advantageous
