We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IFA Senior Administrator to join our dynamic financial services team. Duties
- Manage and coordinate the administrative activities related to client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare detailed report writing, analysis documents, and correspondence for internal teams and clients
- Assist with financial planning documentation, including data collection, verification, and updating client records
- Support the IFA team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing client appointments using Microsoft Outlook
- Maintain and update records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other IT tools to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
- Conduct analysis of client portfolios and prepare reports to support financial advice sessions
Experience
- Proven administrative experience within the financial services sector or a related field
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately
- Excellent report writing capabilities with attention to detail and clarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant IT applications
- Knowledge of financial planning processes and terminology is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising effectively with clients, team members, and external partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience in customer service roles within a professional environment is preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services will be advantageous
