The Lodge Pre-School & Nursery is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Room Leader (Leadership Team Role) to support the smooth running of the nursery and help maintain high-quality experiences for our Little Lodgers and their families.

The Lodge is a unique setting where we place children, families and staff at the centre of everything we do.
This is a key leadership role working closely with the Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager and Third in Charge to ensure our ethos, curriculum and standards are consistently embedded across the setting. You will also play an active role in supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery and maintaining a well-organised, high-quality environment for children and staff.
We are looking for a full-time Senior Room Leader to join our nursery team.
What you'll receive:
- 40 hours per week, 5 days over Monday–Friday, 07:30–17:30
- Starting salary £16 per hour (£33,280 annually)

The Lodge has exceptionally high standards and is highly respected by our families and Little Lodgers. This role carries additional responsibility for supporting nursery operations, staff coordination and ensuring consistent high standards across the setting.
We are looking for someone who is Level 3 qualified (or above) and has experience within a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
Must haves:
- Current DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain – funded by the company)
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete – funded by the company)
- Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)

Pay: £33,280.00-£37,440.00 per year
