Duties
- Supervise and motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Coordinate daily front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow
- Ensure all guests receive personalized attention, addressing their needs promptly and courteously
- Train staff on service standards, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area to maintain a welcoming environment
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with positive problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements and uphold brand standards
