Truffles Bakery are looking for an experienced bread baker to join and lead their night team.
Must be experienced in dough mixing, hand moulding and ovens
Must be able to work within and lead a small team efficiently
Hours are 8pm - 5am.
Night off to be Saturday and one other - to be discussed.
Salary based on experience
