In this role, you will work in our various kitchens across the central belt covering annual leave and late sickness notice. Our kitchens are based within care homes, preparing high quality fresh meals to the residents of these homes.
Also carrying out 3 monthly food safety audits at all of our sites and reporting these back to the Executive Chef
Due to the nature of this role you will be required to be flexible in the days you work with a monthly Rota prepared in advance with the Executive Chef.
You will be contracted a minimum of 20hrs per week and depending on the business needs may increase to 40hrs.

Working within the care sector, you will also be expected to maintain a high standard of food safety/hygiene & cross contamination. Helping the catering assistants maintain a clean and tidy kitchen. Not expected, however previously working with or have the understanding of IDDSI and texture modified diets will be beneficial. Training will be provided.
