· What you’ll be doing
· Deliver attentive, relationship-led service to a broad range of commercial insurance clients
· Take ownership of client queries, renewals, adjustments, and documentation
· Support and guide colleagues, whether informally or as part of succession planning
· Help drive the team towards shared goals and best practice
· Maintain compliance with FCA principles and company standards
· Build trusted connections with clients, insurers, and partners
What we’re looking for
· Experience as a Commercial Account Handler, ideally with some supervisory, mentoring, or team leadership exposure
· Cert CII (or working towards) and 5 GCSEs (grade C or above)
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communicator, able to influence, motivate, and build rapport
· Commercially aware, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
· Able to work both independently and collaboratively
