Crieff Road is a supported accommodation service providing a safe, stable and supportive environment for adults who require additional support to live independently.
We're looking to expand our team of Bank Support Workers to provide flexible cover across our service. This is an ideal opportunity for people looking for flexible work while making a genuine difference to the lives of others.
Bank staff provide cover across a variety of shift patterns, including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and sleepover shifts, offering flexibility to work around your existing commitments.
As a Bank Support Worker, you'll build positive relationships with the people we support, helping them develop confidence, independence and the practical skills they need to move forward in life.
About the Role
As part of our team, you will:
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Help people develop daily living skills and maintain their tenancy.
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and build independence.
- Encourage positive mental health and wellbeing.
- Assist with budgeting, cooking, shopping and developing life skills.
- Support people to attend appointments and access community services.
- Promote choice, dignity and independence at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to support planning.
- Work as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
