Responsibilities
- Assist in dessert preparation to ensure timely and high-quality production.
- Serve customers efficiently while providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas and dining space, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and promoting a welcoming environment.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all aspects of shop operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
