Khozer0 Projects is seeking a qualified HPE Storage Engineer for an 18-month enterprise ICT support and maintenance project based in Gauteng.
Mandatory requirement:
- Valid HPE Accredited Solutions Expert (ASE) or HPE Master ASE certification relevant to storage solutions
Key responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote support for enterprise HPE storage infrastructure
- Support and maintain HPE 3PAR and MSA storage systems
- Diagnose and resolve storage hardware, performance and availability incidents
- Perform hardware repairs, component replacements and firmware updates
- Conduct preventative maintenance, health checks and capacity assessments
- Support storage connectivity and integration with Brocade SAN environments
- Respond to urgent and critical incidents under a 24/7 support arrangement
- Document incidents, resolutions and maintenance activities
- Coordinate OEM escalations and replacement-part requirements
